    What does "Dry weight" mean?

G'day ppl. i'm just looking into getting a scooter to ride to work and have a question about "dry weight". I presume thats the weight of the scooter or does it mean the max weight of the ride? I must sound like an idiot. Smile

    Thanks.

Hi zeggy Dry weight means the weight of a scooter / motorcycle without fluids .  I think there is now a move to give you the weight as you would ride it with a certain amount of fuel so you can com pair machines more equally about time too
