    wasnt sure where to post this police missshap with pictures

    on my way to the beach today came across this it must have just happened as we approached i think he was on his way to an emergency

    as he had his lights flashing sirens blairing.and it took a minute or so for them to realise what had just happened to them.

    what would be your response if you seen this happen?

     they turned a sharp left from a main road and there was a median strip in the middle of the road they turned into .and there was damage and scrape marks to the median along with scrapes about 50meters long  so it looks like they lost control and hit it

    I know we have a member out there in Community land, who is well versed on the pursuit capabilities of the Aurion..... and he's keeping a low profile today. Maybe it's the anti-police sentiment here, or maybe it's the fact he knows the Aurion is a shocker at taking corners at speed....Big SmileSurpriseWink

     What a mix,a useless aurion{well its ok transport for nan&pop,but as a persuit vehicle,absolutely mindboggling.}

    then we have the pilot--another not very skilled copper{oops don,t tell them that though}.

    the sooner they put all cops into hyundai getz,s the better.but seriously though,what a shame you didn,t get the footage of the event taking place,youtube here we come---absolutely priceless.

    Red ones always go faster but blue ones go pretty quick , but now blue ones are the way to go😄

    Re: wasnt sure where to post this police missshap with pictures

    I vote that we get the pollies to make this vehicle mandatory, it will send a big message for the police to realise they have responsibilities on our roads just like us and its not neccessary to hoon from point to point. In the eighties victoria police had a weekly competition of who could travel fastest from a designated point to another. Whenever an accident occured they were suddenly pursuing some vehicle they just never got close enough to see the plates. Thanks for the pictures they should be put out as a road safety measure.
