    The high Aussie dollar means gifts for the Vespa

     Well ive been waiting for the dollar to increase against the euro for a while as justifying a Leo Vince exhaust for the Vespa has been hard.

    Last night I was tipped over the edge and ordered a Leo Vince 4road from Germany and with no addtional freight charges I added;

    - A tinted Vespa Flyscreen

    - Dr Pulley 11g Rollers (thanks PeteGailey for sharing your knowlegde in an earlier post)

    - Glove Box Knee Cover (so i can remove my 12v plug if i choose too)

    - Clutch Drum Holding Tool

    - Stebel Nautilus Compact 12v Air horn

    Can't wait to install these little gift in the next week or so

    Does that come with a bronze/brass bush or are you still stuck with the 'gasket'??

     The scorpion exhaust system does away completely with the bushing...

    Don't look at WHO started it up, look at WHAT has been started up.....

    Nah, but seriously, most of us in the real world realise that if you can get it cheaper than what we can, how can we expect people to buy from us.  Fact of life etc.  That's why I'm sure that we'll be fitting Silverflyers clutch for him.  The value of buying local is that if things go wrong, then you can get redress.  However you've got to weigh that up against the savings you are making.   But the SIP site is a good one, as are Scooterwest, Scooterworks, and PM Tuning, if you are riding most of the well known brands.  And some stuff you just can't get in Aus, so you have to go OS.  Like the chrome foot rails for the GTS which replace the rubber ones.  Blingtastic!

    correct plus it will need to be fine tuned by test riding.Smile

    i always try to buy local as i much prefer to see the item first hand than try to look at a tiny picture on a computer screen.
