Working on Rear of Vespa GS 160

    Hi All,

I was wondering if anyone can give me some tips on how you have jacked up your Vespa to work on the rear end. I look under my scoot and thought that I could modify a scissor jack to lift the back end from under the rear frame. However I find that the stand spring is in the way.

Someone has to have thought of an easy way to do this. I hope. What are the best jacking points?

     Thanks in advance

And it fits in the rear tool box...

Once again thanks for pointing me in the right direction.

I was going to make out of mild steel

But thanks to my scooter mate Al for suggesting and making it out of S/Steel
