The thing about 2 stroke tuning is they are all different so engineers and mechanics develop one engine type at a time.
Its unlikely you will find someone in Australia who has raced the 180 engine so anyone doing those modifications will be following someone's modifications overseas.
We are a long way from countries that race scooters so its unlikely anyone has close knowledge of the 180 engine. They will have general knowledge of what to do and what should happen but even the best engine builders have the odd meltdown once your pulling big power from a small engine.
And if you find someone who says its easy, run, runaway quickly.
