Ordering stuff from China safely and securely

I have a Chinese CFMoto Jetmax scooter and needed some parts for it.

I was after genuine belt, set of rollers and 4 oil filters so got onto several of the dealers here and that was going to cost approx $563 PLUS freight, so about $585.

Got onto Taobao which is basically chinese ebay http://world.taobao.com/?spm=a1z10.5-c.0.0.KqFwgM

and using the Google translate extension for chrome found what I wanted https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/google-translate/aapbdbdomjkkjkaonfhkkikfgjllcleb?utm_source=chrome-ntp-icon

Then, using this freight purchaser and forwarder in Sydney and Melbourne I purchased the parts and paid with paypal

    https://ezbuy.com/

They bought them packed them and sent them over

Every step of the way had tracking for the items so I saw them arrive at the depot in China, leave China, arrive Sydney, Leave Sydney and arrive in QLD for my pickup

They arrived in a box that wasnt crushed with all parts in original packs with tags intact.

25th July order arrived at pick up point here on 4th Aug.

Total cost $235 inc. service fees and freight

    Thats a saving of $350.

    2014 CFMoto Jetmax 250. (sold)
    Now a Burgman 650 owner
