    Malvern Star Autocycle

Probably the nearest thing to a scooter from Australia built from 1930s to 1950s .I belive powered by a villiers 98cc two stroke single two speed gearbox  and parts supplied by Norman England 1937 to 1961 . My sun in law as a frame with tank hanging on his garage wall that brought them to my attention

Better hang onto it as it could beworth some dosh in the future ---I was always a Speedwell person when i was younger and remember racing a Austin A40 down to the  Hawkesbury river from Mt Colah and actually getting there 1st . I think I walked the bike backup the hill after my moment of glory

Note how they called it a BYKE

98cc so must have been the age you could get a motorbike licence where the advert was placed . In the UK you could get a Motorbike licence as 16 car licence at 17
