My services will expire in an hour if you do not respond?  Are you a bike rider?  Have you given up like an inlander?

    Thanks

    Take care

    Peter

That's about the size of it. However, at this moment our men are plowing through and transmitting every possible three-letter combination of the recall code. But since there are over 17,000 permutations... it's going to take us about two-and-a-half days to transmit them all.

Re: pls help me.. I failed on the pre license test

I live in Sydney, and did the provisional course in Clyde, but failed the test twice :(

Can anyone help me with some test rules especially the test stage 3 & 4, these 2 are the hardest for me since I have to calculate the speed with stopping distance, and turning and avoid obstacle at higher speed. Anyone know how to calculate stopping distance? (ie. for speed at 20km/h, how far the stopping distance is acceptable without getting any points)

I didn't know that I would failed if I didn't stop in certain distance, on test number 3 (where you have to brake immediately after passing the yellow cones). I always thought, we only need to brake asap.

I rented the scooter, which mean every test is very expensive (around $114 for every test). Costing me almost $500 just to get rider license.... I'd be so sad if I have to repeat it again.

I practiced all morning on the first test, and practice again on the second test, where all neighbours were just looking at me, thinking, what is this girl up to? haha. Anyway, anyone know where is a good area to practice?

I may be wide of the mark here - but I would have thought that if you had been on the course it would have been almost a matter of pride and professionalism for the course instructors to see you through to success. this means that they should be teaching you what to expect on the test and making sure you know it well....and if you fail then telling you your weaknesses to work on.

It does not sound as though you lack committment and enthusiasm and it makes me sad to see a result like this..

I am really hoping there is someone on this forum hwo lives close to you who can help out - point you in the right direction etc....- I wish you all the best!

Zhiva Road users handbook should have the information you need in it http://www.rta.nsw.gov.au/licensing/downloads/gettitestsdrivieduca_dl1.html

    I guess u r right....

at first, I thought I had enough experience with few years riding scooter when I lived in another country. So I didn't buy a scooter thinking the time & money was not right. And now my license is going to expire this month. I guess my skill rust a bit.

anyone know any good dealer in Sydney west? I am aiming for Vespa GTS 250ie

After the pre learners course where they provide a scoot, I bought one and in the month leading up to the test I practised for about 2 or 3 hours a week on the cone weave and the fast stop. I also rode to work and home each day. I am fairly sure that I would not have passed the test without all of that practise.

I believe getting assistance from Honda is a good option.

I think that scooter Central, not really west, have a second hand Vespa GTS for a good price.

Traded in the Daelim for a Suzuki DR650. Keeping the Vespa GTS250ie though.
