dellorto carbs

    dellorto carbs

     can anyone tell me the stock jet numbers for 2020d on px125e

     

    cant seem to find em on goggle

     

    wondering what has been done to the banana without having to call sam

     

    it has on idle 45/140

    main is E1mixer and what looks to be a drilled out 116main

     

    cylinder is iron,,,,, im guessing dr177 or polini from looking at main?

     

    eh if anyone knows diameter of bores on those kits or similar cast iron cylinder

     hmm just found stock main is about 98

    an mallosi 166 is also iron

    hank will take it on secret test track and see what its capable of,,,,,,,,maybe then hank will know what it can cruise at for a few hoursSurprise

    this thread isnt going any where fast but

     

     someone,, plum has mentioned on MV,,, mechanic

     

    main round about 100

    be3 mixer i think he said

    and 55/100 slow runner for mild tune or 48/100 for stock

    i dont know if E1 is richer or leaner than the mixer he mentioned

     

     

     

     

    tested out the top speed ,,,,,,,,, got it off the dial and decided not to open throttle anymore,,,,,,,,thatll do

    It's a 125 Super, Josh. I'd consider something like that, if its brakes weren't so sh1t!

    ahemmm on closer inspection the E1 mixer looks the same as a be3 ,,,however the be3 uses a 160 an me e1 has a 180 wich has smaller holes in it

     

    what i dont know is if the holes in the 160/180 are for air or petrol,,, maybe theyre for both which is even more confusingTongue Tied

     

     

    i wonder where hank went,, i hope he brings back some beers

    P125X

    slow run jet

    without idle air hole 48/100

    with idle air hole 160/100

     

    air jet 160/100

    throttle valve 6823.01

    mixer tube be3

    atomizer 280/100

    starter jet 60/100

     

    so that is for p125e not px but does not include bikes before 1980

     have you got a 20/17 on the super

     

    is a E1, 180 mixer outa one

    Actually, I have no idea which carby is in it, Josh. I wasn't very hands-on in the motor department when I did the restoration. Sorry! Embarrassed
