None of the above, I'd suggest clown. Certainly riding a hot red scooter with colourful gear & some of the antics I get up to trying to elicit a wave or smile out of people in general & kids in particular, I would definitely fit that description!
I'm afraid you can only look chic by wearing no safety gear (other than a helmet) or nice fashionable gear that is modelled on safety gear (such as one woman I saw wearing an open face helmet, nice fashionable leather jacket, scarf, skirt & flat shoes) but provides no protection.
