    Well, here I go...

    Stripped all the panels off last weekend...

    ...and spent the last week sanding, filling and primering them.

    I'm hoping to get onto the colour coat this week, I'll post up the results!

    Then: Daelim S1 125

    Forgive the fuzzy pics, I'll try to get some decent ones when the sun comes out.

    It took about 2 months all up, but it was worth it when the guys at work were asking about my "new scooter" and I told them I repainted it myself with spraycans at home!

    Today 50 (2,500km), Montego. Fly (2,500km), Le Grande (7,000km), Vespa PX (200km), Vespa GTS250ie (46,000km), now looking at the world through Ruby coloured glasses on a Vespa GTV300ie Vie Della Moda.

    Here's an outdoor one.

    Anyone who wants to do this, I'd say go for it!  Just make sure you have lots of wet-n-dry sandpaper, buy twice as much paint as you expect to use, and leave plenty of time for the final polish, it makes a huge difference at the end.

    Paint is Powerplus brand, "Ford Yellow Glow" colour.

    It's the same yellow they used on the old GT Falcons!
