Yep where a good scooter Redbook Honda Spacy (CH250) prices here . Maxi i personally think is more scooter size and style rather than engine size . In Europe some of the big scooters even have a 125cc option to fit in with there licensing laws

when in doubt go to Wikipedia :-)

maxi-scooter or touring scooter is a large scooter, with engines ranging in size from 250 to 850 cc (15 to 52 cu in), and using larger frames than normal scooters.

So I am guessing that the answer is Yes, the Honda Spacy qualifies as a Maxi.

Hi, I have been riding a 87 spacy for 12 years - a very good scoot and very reliable. Mine has over 100k on it and still a daily rider. Its not all boot up front - it houses fan and radiator. the glove box is enough to fit a couple of tools etc and some gloves maybe. Parts are getting to be the big concern tho a lot of helix parts fit (or can be made to) and ebay is always useful. Havent heard of a spacy 125 - sounds like a Lead?

There's one on eBay at the moment but it looks old and tired, maybe an 81' model. Asking 1200 but that's got to be for a quality cared for bike, which it's not...
