The Central Coast Scooter club was formed in 2007 when 17 Motor scooter riders turned up for a meeting in July at Hungry Jacks West Gosford.

Since that time many riders on a variety of scooters both small to large have come and gone

Mostly our riders both male and female  have been 30 yrs or older and at one stage I reckoned the average age was 57 yrs old

We have had riders who have ridden from the Central Coast  to Townsville and back ,to Perth and back ,Darwin and back Adelaide ,around Tasmania and even around New Zealand plus the Italian Coast

We organised a Motor Scooter show on the waterfront at Gosford which was a resounding success and even had a rider from the Magnetos Club in NZ join us on a ride

The past president of Ulysees Motorcycle club has  ridden with us and been a member and we are a proud  member of the NSW Motorcycle Council

We  can proudly  claim of  having never had a serious accident in the 11years of organised rides.

There are many whom we can thank for the way our club has survived but to name a few-- Phil Mellis as our sponsor John sbrocchi ,Phil Bretherton John Monk (deceased )Peter Adderley and Merrily Willis  all contributed in some  way

Sadly I have had to step down from organising rides etc and whether there is someone out there to take over, is at this moment unknown .

A reunion of riders is planned for 1st Sept at Hungry’s  West Gosford

11 years of happy riding in groups ,wonderful company and good times and the joy of being on 2 wheels with the wind in our faces
