Rain in the dash of a GTS

So first of all... I'm back - some of you might be old enough to remember when I was riding and modding my friends Vespa GTS, Scarabeo 500ie and Beo 250ie and BV250... we had a ton of fun!

Anyways my Beo 250 needs a new drive shaft which is going to cost a fortune to get the shop to do (still deciding to do it myself or not!) In the mean time I purchased my very own first Vespa! It's second hand, but amazing. I rode it in the rain the other day (gotta love Perth winter!) and my main question is how do I get the moisture out of the dash?

Also - how the hell did so much moisture get in there?? sigh...

Here is a pic of the beast and the problematic moisture

    Piaggio 250 BV type R

    Aprilia Scarabeo 250ie
