Scoot Central has Momo, and Deus on Parramatta Rd has Momo and Ruby

If $600 to $1000 is not your budget, you'll find the Zeus 506 or RXT just about everywhere...

Scooteria at Stanmore seem to have Vespa helmets. I haven't yet had a chance to check them out though. See http://www.scooteria.com.au/apparels/2.html

That does seem exorbitant. I'll have a look at the (more affordable) others you mention.

Thanks for your advice, Scooter Shop.

Thanks, Don, I'll have a look at that website. I didn't know Vespa had their own range of helmets, although I bet they do not come cheaply.

Hmmm...also wondering if it's possible to have a retro-styled full face helmet...or maybe that is a contradiction in terms...

That scooteria page looks more like clever marketing as they dont mention that they sell Vespa brand helmets, they just show the picture of one and the Vespa logo

Don't look at WHO started it up, look at WHAT has been started up.....

You might be right. There is no mention of Vespa helmets in the text beneath.

I have emailed them to ask whether they stock or can order Vespa helmets. I'll let you know what they reply.

This is the helmet I want to get, in sienna to match the GTV 250ie:

There's no point ordering it from overseas because it won't have an AS approved label.

I have had a reply from Scooteria. They do not stock the helmets and they say they are not imported into Australia.

I don't know why they would have one on their website then. Huh?

my wife bought a very nice rxt "retro" helmet off young wensley at scooteria at stanmore a few weeks ago,we were very pleased with the service and the price was very good at $99.

Red ones always go faster but blue ones go pretty quick , but now blue ones are the way to go😄

I emailed Vespa/Piaggio Australia about the Vespa soft touch helmets and received a very prompt and polite reply.

Unfortunately they do not meet the Australian standard and so cannot be sold here. Pity, on both counts.

Still, there are other nice retro helmets around.

MCAS in Wentworth Ave in the city or their new store at Auburn have a large range of helmets, including open-face helmets.  Carry most brands like Nolan, HJC, RXT etc.  Don't know if they carry Momo, it's been a while since I shopped for a helmet.

The Helmet Warehouse at Yagoona also have a large range of helmets although I'm not sure about retro style.
