If there is a transponder it will need to be cut by a locksmith,they have a reader that reads the key so the info can be put on a new key,some shopping centre people can also do it,otherwise I would doubt if Bunnings would have a blank,cheers Nev

You might be able to buy a used part and with some luck the same colour,I bought a heap of parts from a wrecker in Sydney Motorcycle Wreckers ph 0402815094,in the same colour as my bike,cheers Nev

Generally single breather pipes should exit below the bike so fumes get sucked out as you ride,first take it off and clean it,also clean where it exits the crankcase,if all this fails go to a dealer and ask them,cheers Nev

Finally got around to fitting my new screen on the HD200 yesterday,Monday,so I could ride it to work today,bit of an unusual way they went about making it all go together,but if you use the old brainbox and follow the drawing,no instructions at all mind you,works very well on the road,only keeps wind off the chest,but quite comfortable to ride ...

Rather than using soldering iron,I imagine the hot iron is melting the plastic in the wrong way and is very hard to fix, try super glue and bicarb soda,this will glue the parts back and also the bicarb can be used as a filler,check utube for demos,cheers Nev

Price for the HD screen,Puig HD200 City Touring light smoke #6370H was $238.45 delivered,from Online Racing Supplies in Moorabbin Vic it doesn't appear to be very tall but it fixes to the mirror mounts and extends a little over the hand grips,will probably instal over the weekend,cheers Nev

Just got my new windscreen for my HD200 today,came from Online Racing Spares who seem to be agents for the Puig screens,fantastic service they had to order it on the 24 june and arrived today,so only have to fit it now,saw the screen on an overseas site and came highly recommended,cheers Nev
