Hard to diagnose anything over the internet but we will have a go at trying to help. Sounds like it has been siezing from what you are saying. Have you checked the plug? how is it reading? It's very hard to get a pod running properly, incorrect setup often leads to siezures from leaning out. Have you tried running the standard airbox with ...

Tyre are just as important on a scooter as for a bike, possibly more so if the rider lacks experience. Someone said its what connects you to the ground, they are 100% right. Usually just a pipe can make them more efficient & use less fuel pottering around. Not until you are working it that it will use more fuel.

Really depends on the owner. Some modify because they can or its coded into their genes. Others to fullfill a certain purpose (ie Blast away from the lights infront of cars/ gimme another 10k's top speed). Others its about personalisation & making the ride their own. Some do some don't, but don't knock it til you've tried ...
