Thanks Kritterz. :)   Well, I still have a few months before I go buy one, though I might test them out when I get my license soon. But before I buy I have to wait until my car sells. ^^; Hopefully by then they will have the 2008 model in most places.

I am planning on getting my motorbike L's soon, and was looking to try out some scooters around. Where did you manage to find the 2008 model in Melbourne? I have emailed a few places to see if they have had them, but so far they either have the older model or aren't stocking Yamaha any more. Looks/sounds very cool. I plan on trying one ...

Thanks for the reply Black-Beast. :) Yeah, I'd definitely want to try out a fair few to get the feel for them. I guess all I need to get is my license before I do that. Any idea how much a motorbike license would cost, and where would be a good place to learn around Richmond in Melbourne? ^^; Also, any scooters recommended that are similar ...

  • New to scooters.

Hi everyone. :)   I am new to scooters, and I don't really know much about them. I am currently going to sell my car as I moved into Richmond in Melbourne and I find that I never use it, so it's just wasting money and losing value.   Anyway, I wanted to get a scooter to zip around the city and get to university. Currently ...
