It appears that Letz Scoot in Batemans Bay has closed shop, I had asked a member here to verify this as I had rung their phone and was told thenumber is not in service any more. Today (Sunday) I went for a leisurely drive to see for myself and found the premises empty and windows covered over.

Why would a scooter club even want to charge a levy and leave yourself open to all sorts of litigation when something goes pear shaped?
Isn't it a lot easier to just have like minded souls meet somewhere and go for a ride and if pure serendipity were to happen they would all end up in the same place.

Try either Mad Max in Bangkok or Webike in Japan, both countries which have a high two wheel population and possibly a lot of wiped out mirrors which need replacing on a regular basis.
